Planning vs. Implementing

I can plan projects to the detail but actually starting the project and sticking to it is another story! I love the process of building the task lists and even am learning the art of delegation on some things. I have great ideas but my stumbling block is getting started. Once I’m off and running I tend to get a chunk of the plan done and then run out of steam.  Often I can get back into a project I have a deep interest in but other times projects sit unfinished for months or years at a time.

How do you get back into the groove of a project?
